We work by the hour or by the job, you select the option that best fits your project needs. 

• By the hour, a Craftsman is provided including tools and skills to meet the scheduled tasks you have to complete.  The hourly rate is based on the skill level required from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour.  In most cases by the hour is for small tasks that can be completed in short period of time.  This is your best value for your "Honey To Do List."  An experienced craftsman can go through a lot of projects in a short period of time.  The more you have, the more they can get done in an hour period of time improving your value.
• By the job is for a project where a price or budget needs to be established before the work begins.  A Craftsman will meet you on site to review the project with you to verify how much time will be required to complete the project and provide a price for your approval before any work begins. 
• There are occasions when the full scope of the work can not be assessed for pricing until a portion of the job is completed such as opening up walls or ceilings to evaluate work that is currently concealed.  At this point a preliminary price may be established to start the project with a final price reviewed when the demo is completed revealing all of the project.
